A long while back, somebody asked where the name "Trinity Station" came from. I don't think I ever answered the question.
Trinity Station is the name of a space station. To the best of my recollection, I came up with the name back in the late nineties. At that point, I had plans for it to feature prominently in an expansion that I was designing for one of my favorite computer games, Escape Velocity (the most recent incarnation can be found here). I never got beyond the initial planning stages of the expansion.
The name stuck somewhere in the back of my mind, though. I've always intended to do something with it. It's featured in several universes I've created, most (but not all) of which have been forgotten.
I chose the name "Trinity Station" because I liked the way it sounded. I don't think it's an overt reference to anything (The Matrix, for instance, hadn't been released at that point).
I keep asking myself if I'm ever going to use Trinity Station (the fictional location, not the blog) in any future fiction that I create. I really ought to, considering that it's been orbiting in my brain for such a long time. Perhaps its time to dig out that old galactic map that I designed back in 2007-2008 and see if there are any stories in that universe waiting to be told.
As an aside, the name "Trinity Station" was never intended as any sort of allegorical or theological reference, although of course the very word "trinity" is rooted in theology. Of late, though, my thoughts and studies have been turning more and more toward theology, so the name of the blog may well bear more relation to its content as time goes on. We shall see.

I am still sad I haven't gotten to read any of your writing since the screenplay back in 2005.
